WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders will ship out the following Monday after orders close.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight & shipping location.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be changed once orders are placed. Please double/triple check that all information is correct before submitting your order.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES LATE OR DAMAGED?
We are not responsible for late, misplaced or damaged packages. Once your package leaves our hands, it is both physically & figuratively out of our hands.

DO YOU SHIP COOKIES WHEN IT'S HOT OUTSIDE?
We are based in Florida - it is hot often. We ship year-round & we do what we can to avoid heat-related effects on your cookies.
• WE ship USPS Priority on Mondays to make shipping times as short as possible.
• WE avoid cookie flavors with chocolate drizzled, icing glazed, etc in the warmer months
• YOU should track your package & bring indoors ASAP.
• YOU should allow cookies to firm up at room temperature once inside. 
*** NOTE: Even with the above measures, some cookies may be a little melted though still perfectly fine & delicious to eat. Again, we do NOT offer returns or refunds for damaged or melted cookies, if this is an issue, we advise waiting until cooler months to order.
