HOW DO I ORDER FOR NATIONWIDE SHIPPING?

Orders are placed through our website during open ordering windows.

 

WHEN ARE YOUR OPEN ORDERING WINDOWS?

Each month we have drop date Wednesday(s). When that Wednesday arrives, orders open from 12pm Eastern until Monday 12pm Eastern. You can place an order on our website during that time. 

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes. Four (4) cookies is the minimum amount required to place an online order.

 

ARE ALL OF YOUR COOKIES VEGAN?

Absolutely! 100% vegan! Always!

HOW BIG ARE YOUR COOKIES?

Our cookies weigh between 5-6 ounces

DO YOU HAVE THE MACROS / CALORIES AVAILABLE FOR YOUR COOKIES?

Nope.

ALLERGENS?

All major allergens are listed on the product description of each cookie flavor on our website. NOTE: We work in a shared commissary kitchen & therefore we cannot guarantee no cross contamination when it comes to allergens. If you have an allergy, please keep this in mind before ordering.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COOKIES?

SHORT-TERM STORAGE

• Keep cookies in packages & store at room temperature in an airtight container.

• Enjoy cookies within 7 days for peak freshness.

• Please do not refrigerate - it can dry out the cookies

* LONG-TERM STORAGE *

• Keep cookies in packages & store in freezer 3+ months.

• Thaw at room temperature still kept in packages.

HOW SHOULD I REHEAT MY COOKIES?

Our cookies are absolutely incredible at room temperature, but if you prefer that fresh-out-of-the-oven-ooey-gooey cookie, then here's how you can achieve that:

• OVEN: 3-5 minutes at 350°F

• MICROWAVE: 10-15 seconds
